[SOLVED] Unable to boot my Ubuntu after migrating OS from HDD to SSD

I had a dual boot Operating System on my laptop, Windows 10 along side Ubuntu. I have replaced a HDD with SSD because HDD was getting very slow. Before I physically replaced it I used 'MiniTool Partition Wizard' software for migrating the whole HDD to SSD thinking that it would boot the same way as it does now via Windows Boot Manager but it only boots to Windows now. I have checked in BIOS Ubuntu and Windows Boot Manager is there but it still boots to Windows even if I placed them as first boot. Can someone please give a clue.
