Hello, so my hard drive is messed up (after i merged all my volumes together my pc was not booting anymore). I burned ubuntu on my usb and i managed to install ubuntu on my pc (which im using to post this). After trying so many things im unable to boot to the windows installation.
My usb is fine because i used it to install ubuntu. I think that my hard drive is broken but im so confused and i DONT HAVE A windows CD! so i cant recover.

I've tried windows 7, 8 and 10 on my usb but it always end up on a black screen with a blinking underscore.

The weird thing is that ubuntu booted fine with my usb.
I cant do * now and i need windows back someone got a fix?

Motherboard: P5QD Turbo

BOTH OF MY HARD DRIVES WORK FINE BUT SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN I MERGED ALL MY VOLUMES TOGETHER

<Language, please. Thanks>

You had a semi working Windows install
You merged some partitions together? Why?
You then installed Ubuntu
You then reformatted the drive.

Your old Windows install is gone gone gone.

You simply need to do a full wipe and reinstall of your Windows OS.
Painful, yes. But thats what happens after those things you did.
