Hey, I've had the AMD Wraith Spire RGB since christmas since I got my PC used from eBay and ever since I have never been able to change the cpu cooler color seperately.
I have the AX370 Gaming 5 and ryzen 5 2400g and when I go to RGBFusion2.0 when I change the motherboard color it changes:
The motherboard to a completely inaccurate color,
And the Wraith Spire to the opposite color.
For example if I try to put my rgb on my motherboard as red, it will change the motherboard to some light pinkish color and the wraith spire to green.
If i try change the motherboard to green, the motherboard will go to teal and the wraith spire as red.
There is no seperate option for the wraith spire and there is also another light I can change, LED_C1. But when I change it does literally nothing. I do have the LED_C1 cable plugged in but I do not know what for.
Thank you to anyone who can help me because this is really bothering me

Solution
ever since I have never been able to change the cpu cooler color seperately.
being used there's no way to know if the previous owner caused some damage or if it malfunctioned while in their use.

colors being backwards/opposite than intended can usually be fixed by using a collaboration option in the control software.
when run it will ask which color is displayed by a specific header or device and you can set them accordingly.
change the motherboard to green, the motherboard will go to teal
colors being off this way usually means a malfunctioned device.

have you updated all motherboard drivers,
updated to the latest BIOS, and downloaded the latest control software available
all from the motherboard manufacturer product...

Wait, you mean install EVERY driver?? There's like 120!

The PC came with a disk which says utility drivers
not from any disk.
as i stated, from the motherboard manufacturer's product support page.

only the latest versions of the essential motherboard drivers should be ~10 at the very most.
chipset, sound, networking, Bluetooth(if available), storage, etc...

and make sure you are looking at the actual product support page for this particular motherboard model, not just a manufacturer's general support page.

any drivers that are a later version than what you have already installed are needed.
and download the latest available motherboard control software and any separate LED/lighting control software.
will I have to go to F31 to F40 to F51d?
you only need the latest BIOS available.
i usually only use beta versions if they specifically address something that concerns me.
there should be release notes posted as to what it includes.

have no idea what that is.
if it is a tool offered by Gigabyte then it's possible that it is necessary.
if some 3rd party software you will not need it.

if it is still in it's archive then it is not installed, only downloaded.
you would need to unpack it and then install.
on One of my other problems someone told me to update my bios with ecfw idk why
