Hello everyone. I'm trying to load linux on an old laptop but I've ran into an issue and can't find a fix anywhere.

The issue is that I'm unable to change the boot order or pretty much anything else other than the system date and time in the BIOS of the laptop (everything is greyed out except for the date and time). I've provided some details below of the laptop and the BIOS and if anyone is able to help me, it would mean a lot!

Information:
Laptop: Packard bell
Model no: P5WS0
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
BIOS: InsydeH20 setup utility
BIOS version: 1.17
VGA BIOS version: Intel v2119

Solution
There's good chance your BIOS is locked (by an administrator), so you'll need an administrator BIOS password to unlock it.

Don't ask here how to do it without a password!!!
