unable to change email in account profile

tried with latest firefox and still didn't work. nothing happens when i click "submit" to change my email. what am i doing wrong?

What account profile are you referring to? On this site, or another?

i went to Account settings and clicked on "edit account credentials", tried inputting new email then clicking submit, but nothing happens. tried again with the password field filled-in, still doesn't work.

We are in the middle of transitioning the site to a new software platform (Xenforo), so the folks that can help are tied up. What you can try to do is access your profile at:

https://forums.tomsguide.com (our sister site that shares member accounts)

The TG site has already transitioned to the new software. See if you can change your email address in your profile there.

well i was able to change my email at https://forums.tomsguide.com , however the change was not reflected here at http://www.tomshardware.com, so i'm not really sure if i did it successfully or not.....
