Unable to change Srceen Resolution in Dell Inspiron Mini 1018

Hey guys Im not sure if I should post this in the drivers thread or here. anyways , my sister has a Dell Inspiron Mini 1018. Today I installed windows 7 ultimate edition over the windows 7 starter. But now I cant change the resolution on it . Its stuck on 800x600. In starters edition it was 1024x768. The drop down for the resolution in the screen resolution window is gray ( meaning it cant be clicked. The screen is shown as a generic pnp. I used a usb drive to install the windows.

and download and install the chipset + video drivers
