Unable to connect to internet

I am unable to connect to internet with my acer aspire one winsows 10
Its showing not connected and no connections are availible all other systems are able to connect with the same router plz help me in connecting as soon as possible i am suffering from a great loss of my work due to it

Were you able to connect earlier? If so then a System Restore might help. If not, then seems more like a driver issue.

Try restarting Windows, usually does the trick when it's telling you that no wireless networks are available.

I've had that issue twice on my wife's Vista laptop (the "available networks" box was empty) and on both occasions all it took was a reboot of the laptop (for good measure, I restarted my router too).

Curiously, since I bought a new router, that issue has never happened so it does seem to be partly router-related even though the problem affects only one device. Seems to defy logic I know.
