Unable to connect to internet

So i m having this very strange problem with my pc ...I m unable to connect with internet through Ethernet cable for last 5 days or so the troubleshoot says Unable to find default gateway. I have tried every solution out there
1: Use automatic setting in ipv 4
2: Used the setting given by my Isp
3: Bought a internet card from market and tried that now there is a yellow triangle saying 'unidentified network' before that when i was using my motherboard port there was cross sign no network ...Both the ports have their drivers installed but still no internet
4: Have installed windows like 5 times

This all thing started my a installed a new gpu for checking purpose. The gpu was dead but fan was spinning. Removed it installed my old gpu went to windows gpu drivers crashed completely ..+ no internet ...Then BSD error came video TDR drivers failed. after that tried installing gpu drivers..Everytime i try to install the drivers the setup goes to mid and in installation process the screen flips like 1 or 2 times right? But in my case the screen goes black for 1 time and goes completely off and then BSD error comes...Blue screen of death

Now i have no internet + unable to install gpu drivers..Using Microsoft basis adapter...Can someone help me find the problem here so that i can repair it....

One strange THING is that both ports of internet have constant orange light when i plug my cable. When i remove the cable or turn of my modem it is still same like WTH it should change the icon to red cross or something

Try installing the Ethernet card and GPU drivers from the Windows Startup/Automatic Repair enviroment through the command prompt window. This may force the driver installation as it seems a Windows error is preventing their installation so it may work from outside windows.

As you open the Command Prompt windows type the following command, indicate the installer where the drivers are located on the hard disk, and after the below command hit Enter on the command prompt. When it finishes installing the drivers, reboot the computer. Hope that works.

dism /image:c:\ /add-driver /Driver:X:\ /recurse

i Solved my problem . Took the pc to local market for checkup .The person had some experience in my type of machines .He just rested my Bios to default setting .Problem solved .That dead gpu messed up my bios setting..So anyone having my kind of problem could try this if it works for u.
