I have a Generic Flash Disk USB Device 125GB and I can't copy a 15gb 3d movie to watch it on my 3D PHILIPS 42PFH6309 SmartTV. I think that my tv can only support NTFS usb devices because I have tried fat16, fat32 and exfat and the weird thing is that I am able to copy the movie in those file system formats but I am not with NTFS. I am using windows xp sp3 and when I am copying the movie and it goes in the half it says something like windows delay writing failed I think. Please help me.

Solution
"Delayed Write Failed" usually means that something has gone wrong with the device - Windows is trying to write to it but something is timing out.

Some "generic" USB drives and SD cards have fake markings: they are sold as 32GB or more but physically carry only a faction of the claimed capacity. If you got yours from some Chinese or other questionable sellers at an impossibly low price, you may have gotten conned.

Solution
That's what I thought first but then I formatted the usb with fat32 and exfat and the movie was copied perfectly and I checked every part at the movie and it was all copied , plus once I copied almost 50gb files on the usb so I don't think that is the problem.
