Okay, so now I have a 1TB SSD as a primary and Windows 7 Home Premium is installed. Great.

I also have 2 4TB disks that are listed as 'unallocated' through Computer management. I want to set these 2 to mirror, and give me a total of 4GB. However the option to add new mirror (when right clicking) isn't shown. Any ideas please peoples?

Solution
or most modern motherboards have a built in raid controller could use that instead of windows raid

or if you have a version of windows that has storage spaces thats much more versatile than software raid

Thanks, but yes they are both unallocated and empty, but I just found that Win 7 HP doesn't support RAID so I need Win 7 Pro. And so begins the upgrade...
