Question Unable to demount virtual CD Drive

I needed to make my hard drive, drive letter E:, but there is a virtual CD drive there. Everytime I try to right click it, and then click eject, it says "An error occurred while ejecting 'CD Drive (E: )'. I tried going in Device Manager, but its not showing up there. At the very least, I need to be able to change the cd drive letter to something other than E:, so I can move my hard drive back to E:. I don't have any physical CD drives since my case doesn't even have 5.25" drive bays. The icon is the standard CD drive icon, so its not like I can see what program is causing it just by that alone. I don't know how to fix it, and anything I have found online doesn't help.

I have PowerISO, which said there are no virtual drives, UltraISO, which said there are no virtual drives, I do have WinCDEmu, but I don't know how to check that program for virtual drives.
