Question unable to detect another pc on the network

mine is a windows 10 pc
i am unable to detect another windows 10 pc on the same network whereas that pc is able to detect my pc in network section

kindly help
have tried everything that i could
changed cables. tried wireless. enabled all sharing. removed password protection.
but no success

Have you checked that both machines are connected to the same network AND that said network is declared as Private?

For a WiFi network, you open Settings, Network, WiFi Pane then click on the actual connection itself (which is a button). You will be presented with a dialog for that Network Connection (by name) and in the Network Profile section it will be either a public or private network.

If it's declared as public on a computer, that means nothing is allowed to connect for either file or printer sharing.
