unable to detect ssd

Hi guys,

jus wanna ask you about my problems with my pc not detecting my ssd. I have installed both an hdd and an ssd on my build however, only the hdd (where I installed windows 8) is seen on the windows explorer. and im planning to install windows 7 on the sdd. for dual booth purposes

how can I get my ssd appear on the windows explorer, thanks in advance

run disk management (find/run diskmgmt.msc) and it its listed there then rt click on it and then either intitialize it or click on change drive letter and paths and Assign it a drive letter.
