unable to do any thing with the local account

can any one please tell us how to enable administrator access in windows 10 os i have tried lusrmgr option in the windows prompt but no use

dude does my dell note book require a cooling pad i bought it a month ago here are it's specs Dell Inspiron 14 5000 series intel i5 processor with 500gb harddisk and a 4 gb ram with an nvidia graphics card.

I don't know, I would suggest making a new question about that on laptops and some one who knows will answer it.
