Unable to drain my loop

Hi guys. Building my first wc loop and and now i want to drain it after leak testing to get coolant in but i am unable to do so. You can see my loop in the picture

. Coolant goes clockwise. After opening valve and unplugging reservoir i can still see water in my motherboard block as well as in the bottom of the pump. Tried tilting it but with no luck. My drain point seems to be lowest point in the loop so i do not understand why it does not come out - in videos it always looks so simple. Anyway any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Once you open the drain valve, you will also need to open the reservoir cap to vent air, otherwise it is suspended in a partial vacuum.

And for some reason, I got 'clockwise' and 'counterclockwise' reversed in my mind just now...I need more coffee.
