Question Unable to enable Windows Insider

Hi, I am currently trying to get Windows Insider but I don't seem to be receiving anything, and I can't choose which kind of insider I would like to be.

1. I go to the Windows Insider Programme page in settings
2. Click get started
3. link my account
4. Choose Active developments of Windows
5. Choose fast
6. Restart
7. Back on the Insider page and see that it has chosen "Just fixes, apps and drivers" and the slow option
8. Went to update page and is not receiving anything
9. Try to change to Active developments and Fast
10. Went to updates, still nothing
11. Back to Insider page and it is back to "Just fixes, apps and drivers" and the slow option

Tried waiting more than 24 hours, restarting again and redoing above steps

please help.
