Unable to find the printer on the network

Hi There,

I am using Brother MFC-210 Printer. It have inbuilt Ethernet port. I was trying to connect that printer to a switch so that my colleges can print from that printer. When i tried to connect the printer from one of my neighbor computer. I was unable to find the printer. But from my machine i can print. I don't know what is the reason for that. And the IP Address of my printer is : 192.168.0.99.I installed the compatible driver and everything but still the same problem. I was breaking my head for the last one week i couldn't figure it out. Please help to get ride of the problem.

Are all the systems on the same subnet? IP range the same for all? Can you ping the printer from the computer you can't print from? How did you setup the printer on the second computer? Direct IP connection? Did it take? What is the exact error message you get and how far did the setup work?

T hank you soo much... You are right. IP address are not in the same range. Now it is working.... Thank you soo much for your help buddy...
