Question unable to fix taskbar color or disable transparency since last win 11 update. 23H2 build 226313296

i have acer laptop a717-72G .. with windows 11.. up until the last update listed above. my taskbar was fine. it was SEMI transparent. i could sort of see behind it. but now since the update its totally transparent.. i see everything behind the taskbar and it makes it hard to see my icons on the taskbar.. i disabled transparency in personalization and it does nothing .i verified in the registry editor transparency IS turned off. yet its still transparent. i want to have simply a black color with no transparency since they seemed to have changed the level of transparency from semi .. to total transparency.. as i said its now difficult for me to see the icons on the taskbar as it mixes with my desktop icons. any ideas??

Noted that you disabled transparency in personalization.

If you right click the cursor in an empty area of the taskbar there should be a "Taskbar settings" icon.

Double check those configuration options/settings.

yeah i did that. there isnt a setting on taskbar transparent or color.. ..

i am using explorer patcher from github.. as i have been using for many months and its up to date..

Recent updates may have broken it.
