Unable to Format MicroSD Card..Very rare case..Please Help

I am not able to FORMAT my TRANSCEND MicroSD Card. I can use all the files which is there in the card and I can even cut/copy and delete all files from the card and i can even copy files to the card, however after sometimes the card becomes like before (the deleted items come back and i can use them again and the new files which i copied in the card disappear by itself). I have tried to format by commant prompt, disk management and StorageDevicePolicies methon but nothing work. I downloaded few format software but cannot format, it always show "disk is write protected". I scan the Card with AVG and Kaspersky but no virus found. Please help me as i cannot replace the card because there are many personal files. Please HELP ME..

Just some things.

1. have you been able to delete and change files in the past? is so then card could be worn out. just like a ssd they can only be erased and written so much. if you never erased deleted anything the card could have been bad from the beginning.

2. have you tired erasing formatting card in device your using it in besides your computer? device could have locked card from being modified outside of that device for safety against loss.

3. did you get the card off of ebay. if so you might have been scamed but theres a way to check it to be sure

1. Yes, it worked well in past, i can copy/cut/delete. But i bought Card just 2/3 weeks back and i did not copy/cut so much for it to be worn out. There was no problem. It just happened automatically few days back.

2. Yes, i triend in my laptop, friend's pc and other mobile as well, but nothing worked.

3. I bought it from Flipkart.com. They asked me to replace but i cant as i have stored many personal files in my card.
