Unable to format or copy data to pendrive

I am having issues with 2 pendrives so i will explain them separately

Problem 1 ) I was formatting my pendrive to make it bootable but it failed and now my PC is unable to read it showing unable to recognize the pendrive. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling its software using devmgmt but it is showing " Device Descriptor Request Failed"

Problem 2 ) I copied some images on my pendrive and since then i m neither able to copy data on my pen drive nor i have been able to format it. I tried diskmgmt , CMD and diskpart but still unable to do anything.

Hi aditya1271.

Try the flash drive with a different computer, to see if the same thing happens. If you have no luck, give it a go with its manufacturer's formatting tool, to see if you're able to use it properly after formatting it.
If nothing seems to help, perhaps the flash drive has failed, so you could give the vendor and/or the manufacturer's customer support a call, to see if you can RMA it if.
