[SOLVED] Unable to get more than 60hz with dual link DVI-D

hi i have a question. today I bought dual link dvi cable. it has pins in middle but when i open nvdia control panel it shows only 60hz under refresh rate at 1080p. i use 1080p 75hz monitor. why i cannt select 75hz at 1080p? maybe i bought fake dual link cable, dont know, please help somebody.

Could be the cable or could be the card, ie; GT1030 has DVI but single link.

Specs say 60Hz is maximum

Argh, link did work now it's doing the same block thing as your link. It's Tom's site software blocking it. It works if i copy paste link in another tab.

in Scanning Frequency its written

30–83 kHz (H)/56–75 Hz (V)

Optimum range 60Hz. 75Hz wouldn't detect as native Hz. Try set a custom resolution in NvidiaCP or try Custom Resolution Utility.

Under specifications it says Optimum resolution: 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz
If you don't have the option for 75hz in the drop down of advanced monitor settings, the panel doesn't support it.

If there isn't an option when you right click desktop > diskplay settings > Advanced Display Settings > Display adapter properties for display 1>monitor tab
If 75hz isn't listed, then the monitor doesn't support it.
