Question Unable to Hover My Pen Cursor Over the Windows Logo on the Taskbar (READ THE WHOLE PARAGRAPH)

Yes, I'm still using the 2740p, and I've downgraded from 8.1 to 7, and then up to windows 10. It's not the worst performance, but it could be better. I noticed no matter how many times I reinstalled it, the pen didn't seem to work. Although I found a solution, which was finding the Wacom driver for the laptop and installing it, I still have another issue. when I try to open the start menu with the pen, the dot refuses to hover over the windows logo. When I try to click it, the dot moves up; about 2/3 of an inch above the logo. The touchpad/ track "nipple" cursors work fine; they hover over it without issue. So does anyone have a fix for this?

Never mind, I figured out how to fix it, which was resetting the calibration data. Hopefully I didn't waste anyone's time.

any idea if the HP upgrade assistant will help? Did you update drivers to 10 once you changed?
