Unable to install AMD Catalyst

I cant install my New Drivers AMD Catalyst, i uninstalled EVERY previous driver and folders relating to ATI through Safe mode as well, now the Catalyst goes half-way, and it gets stuck at " Installing components " " currently installing : Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86)... "
my system is a 32-bit operating system so im not sure what the problem is, driver version : 08.00.0915 Graphics Card : HiS HD 7770 IceQ X, in device manager it says Standard VGA Graphics Adapter Considering that this device is working properly without any errors. Please Help, Thank You!

Looks like you need to install that Redistributable first.

Are you sure bro? if that's the case im doing it right now, hopefully it will work.

i just tried the drivers disk that came with my graphics card and the installation is working fine. ill let you know what happens next.
