Unable to install anti malware, possible reason: malware prevent it
Can't even install it when in Safe Mode.
Can't open Task Manager nor' Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

You might have to download an anti rootkit tool such as TDSSKiller, Combofix, or RKill. You can run these directly with no requirement to install, or burn onto a DVD, create a bootable Flash memory stick and run it from the PC boot menu.

I figured i would go for the Roguekiller, it did find some stuff, but didnt do much a difference.
Decided i would refresh my computer, but not even that is possible.
Any ideas? if not, i'll go for a full reinstall.
