Unable to install anti malware

Unable to install anti malware, possible reason: malware prevent it
Can't even install it when in Safe Mode.
Can't open Task Manager nor' Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

You might have to download an anti rootkit tool such as TDSSKiller, Combofix, or RKill. You can run these directly with no requirement to install, or burn onto a DVD, create a bootable Flash memory stick and run it from the PC boot menu.

I use one called "Roguekiller." It's free, and is a single executable (nothing to install) that will run in Safe Mode.

I figured i would go for the Roguekiller, it did find some stuff, but didnt do much a difference.
Decided i would refresh my computer, but not even that is possible.
Any ideas? if not, i'll go for a full reinstall.

Hmmm, I'm surprised the Roguekiller didn't make a lasting difference; it has on a couple of occasions for me. Did you go through all of its tabs to see what it found, and remove the "bad" stuff?

Tried this:

But at command "ren software software.001" it says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
At this point i put my Windows 8.1 USB in a working USB port, got in to windows installer, pressed Repair my PC, and followed the linked guide.

Alright, tried to delete, but can't really figure out how to delete anything other than registry, cause it have the select all option.

The registry atleast tells me something, and the status is Error and Replaced

Decided to reinstall the computer.
