Unable to install drivers

Hello. Due some issues on 1st PCI-e slot on motherboard, I have to move my GPU to 2nd PCI-e slot. It loads into windows fine, with big resolution, so I assume I have to uninstall old drivers and re-install fresh ones. I do this with DDUninstaller, and when I start installing new drivers at 50% (where resolution should be automatically switched to normal) I get black monitor screen "No display" and bsod "Video tdr failure"...

Why it doesnt allow me to install drivers? In 1st slot installs it ok.

I even tried doing fresh install of windows, but nothing, at 50% display driver install it gives me BSOD, every time.
