Unable to install graphics card

When I plug in my new graphics card and start my PC I just hear a single beep from the PC and nothing happens.

what is your motherboard and which graphic card give me full details.

The graphics card is a evga geforce gtx 750ti and Im installing it into a completly stock hp pavilion p7-1110 desktop. Not sure how to find out what motherboard it is. Everything is securly connected and fastened in properly. There is no auxilary plug on the gpu for power.

The motherboard is a ipisb-cu pegatron. With integrated graphics that I beleive I disabled.
