Question Unable to Install Network Drivers for Ethernet Card

Hello all,

I just bought a new Ethernet Card and attempted to download the drivers. However, after the search on the device manager is complete I am greeted with an error stating.

Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

The configuration registry database is corrupt.

I currently have no ideas as I tried downloading the network card drivers online and even their software does not recognize the card on the motherboard.
Also, the device manager is not even identifying the card and only calling it "Ethernet Controller" and is under "Other Devices" and not the Network Adapters tab.
