I just installed windows 10 on my Dell Latitude E6410, and have been unable to connect to wifi or ethernet.

The only network adapters in my device list:
WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
WAN Miniport (IP)
WAN Miniport (IPv6)
WAN Miniport (L2TP)
WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)
WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
WAN Miniport (PPTP)
WAN Miniport (SSTP)

I've tried reinstalling them all, resetting BIOS, installing drivers from Dell and Intel, but nothing's worked. The driver I tried installing from Intel tells me no Intel adapters are present in the computer, and a few of the Dell drivers just gave me errors.

Officially the laptop doesn't have support for Windows 10. What you can do is install the drivers meant for Windows 7 under compatibility mode in Windows 10.
i.e:
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility Tab>Windows 7 (from drop down menu)

Outside of that you should ideally be on Windows 7. I've had a couple of laptops run on high volts and clocks after going to 1903.
Which drivers exactly should I be installing? I tried installing this one, and it's still giving me an error:

Right...

Try installing chipset drivers first, then experiment with lan/wifi drivers.
https://www.dell.com/support/home/lv/en/lvbsdt1/product-support/product/latitude-e6410/drivers

Another option is getting USB lan adapter (if you can't get drivers for integrated hardware).
Tried LAN & wifi I tried a different LAN installer and according to the installer it was successful but nothing seems to have changed.
