Unable to install Office Pro Plus 2010 on Vista

I have all the required Service Packs for Vista Home Premium 32-bit, but Windows Office Pro Plus 2010 will not complete installation. Error HRESULT 0x8007054F.

Thanks but already tried that. I tried several different suggestions but all failed. I ended up reinstalling Vista.
