Question Unable to install RX 570 Drivers for my new GPU (failed to load the detection driver)

So I just got my new graphics card in the mail today, switching from an GTX 950 to a RX 570. I uninstalled all the NVIDIA drivers via DDU and have installed the latest AMD drivers onto a USB that I have inserted into my PC. I boot in safe mode, and it says that it has failed to load the detection driver. I have no clue what to do from here and have been working on this for three hours and to no avail.

System:
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU (maybe): RX 570
Memory: 8gb ddr3 1600, I bought another stick but am also having trouble installing both sticks because when I power the PC on my keyboard will not turn on and the bios screen will not show.
Power Supply: 500W Corsair

You statement is not bit clear to me why doing this? have installed the latest AMD drivers onto a USB that I have inserted into my PC?
