Unable to install Win10 onto NWMe M.2 Corsair MP500, MoBo MSI B350M Mortar

I am Unable to install Win10 onto NWMe M.2 Corsair MP500, MoBo MSI B350M Mortar.
M.2 is recognised in latest BIOS, i tried installing from USB both UEFI and non!
Still the installation shows there's missing drivers for hardware and to insert it. And wouldn't show M.2
Tried secure boot on/off!
Tried legacy support on/off!
Please help!
Trying to install Win10 pro 64bit.

How did you create the USB thumb drive with Win 10? I'd highly recommend using the Windows Media Creation tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10.

Scottray yes i used that installation! Made with rufus!

You may have some setting in Rufus that are incorrect. Try building the thumb drive with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. Click on the "Download Tool Now" button in the middle of the page and follow the instructions.

Scottray, Rufus is the second option given by MS! And i certainly followed guide and selected all the right options.
I'll try look at suggested option too.

Assuming your M.2 device is functional... try enabling legacy mode in the bios if it is not.

OK... I re-read your info and you said you tried legacy mode. Have you tried a hammer? Their are m.2 adapters to sata you test your device. Even though it is recognized in the bios doesn't mean it is good. Are you using an m.2 to pci adapter or is the slot native to your MB. If it is not I would try reseating the M.2 adapter. Without enough information I am not going to shoot arrows at the moon hoping one will land.

Update : as Scottray suggested using creation tool worked flawlessly! There must have happened error along the way downloading iso and using Rufus! Everything went well afterwards! Thanks! 😉
