Hello,
The whole thing started with restarting my pc after which it showed that there are no bootable devices. I tried reinstalling my windows 10 from usb. Before doing so i wanted to clean my ssd in cmd - diskpart - clean, which showed successful and didn't show any partitions. After a restart i tried running the install and noticed that the ssd is still full. Checked it in cmd again and yes its still full. Trying the clean command again shows successful, but after list disk it shows full again. In Bios both the ssd and hdd are shown only in legacy mode although they are converted in gpt. Trying to convert the ssd to mbr shows that it is not convertable. If i start pc in uefi in bios it does not show any of my hard drives. In service center they did diagnostics and told that there are no hardware issues. The main goal is to clean install win10 on the ssd and i have no idea whats wrong.
It's Lenovo Legion y530

You're not "selecting" a disk in diskpart - so it's not cleaning anything.

After the "list disk" command, you need to "select disk X" (where X = corresponding number).

Regardless, after you boot from the USB, you're presented with the 'where to install' screen, and you can format the drive(s) there as necessary - Diskpart should almost be a last resort.

I did use the select disk 1 command prior cleaning it. And in the windows installation screen when i try to format the disk it does nothing really, only shows that the disk can not be used because its full. Besides that the disk 1 has some windows partitions (because it had the windows installed on it) and when i try to delete them in the windows installation screen they are not being deleted as well.

Not according to your screenshot(s) you didn't?

At the installation screen, you have to delete the partitions. If they're not deleting, then something is wrong.
Those would be helpful screenshots to see.

And this is the installation screen, trying to format the drive 1 partition 4 it loads but then shows error that it can not be installed and is full.

Trying to delete drive 1 partition 3 it loads and shows the same screen. Same with partition 2. But when i try to format the partition 2 it shows an error 0x80070057

In that installation screen, DELETE each partition on Disk 1. That will leave one large blank space.

Is this a desktop or laptop?
If a desktop, you really need to disconnect Disk 0 during this process.
If a laptop, you need to go through the pain of disconnecting Disk 0.

Delete on installation screen disk 1,any partition, loads but does nothing and shows same information. And its a laptop. Would reconnecting the disk 1 do anything? Also i dont get why the bios shows both disks only in legacy while they are converted in gpt

List disk
Select disk 1
Clean
Shows success, but after restart on installation screen it shows full again.
The issue is that on installation screen delete does nothing.
