Question unable to install windows 10

I built a new computer with
msi x570 a pro
rysen 3600x
samsung 970 evo 500go
1x16 gb ram viper 3200mhz
and 1070 gtx zotac
rosewill 750 watt psu

I try to instal windows with a usb key but the key never boot I try to change some setting in bios but nothing work is not the first time a have similar problem but is the first time I not able to solve. Do you have solution for me thank you
