This is the error:

ERROR: BIOS/LEGACY BOOT OF UEFI-ONLY MEDIA

But my ssd is GPT, my boot flash is GPT UEFI.

i can go to window installation and it will let me choose drive and a line fill up. but after reset, this error appears.

also i did try to directly boot my ssd on bios but same problem.

and spec is , amd R7 3700u or sth like this with 24gb ram

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

amd R7 3700u
If you're working with a laptop, please mention the make and model of the laptop and it's SKU.

that appears to be caused by the USB drive. Where did you get it from?

Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
click 2nd link - Create win 11 installation media and it will download media creation tool
Use it to make a new Installer USB.
Use it.
i just bought a 16GB USB drive and then got latest version of windows ISO from m.s website and made the flash with Rufus 4.2 .

and yes, your right, but unfortunately i am not familiar with AMD chipsets, this is a laptop asus fx 505... 3700u+24gb ram+1650GPU.

it came with 128nvme+1tb.
i took out the nvme and swapped it with a 512gb one.

any suggestions?

one would be to not award yourself the solution :)
Try making it with media creation tool. The media creation tool can do either.

What settings did you use in Rufus? looks like it made it as MBR when you really need UEFI. If you had used media creation tool, its installer can do either type of drive.
I'm sure about that its GPT UEFI.
i chose those settings intentionally.

so you are saying its rufus problem? i did use Rufus for almost 6 years , never had any problem with any bootable USB.

It's not rufus problem.

You have to boot from USB drive in UEFI mode.
You're booting into legacy mode.

Note [UEFI] written before USB Flash drive name.
