Hi Everyone,

I recently upgraded my GPU and CPU, and ever since I've had nothing but crashes. Originally I assumed it was driver related, however I exhausted most of the usual troubleshooting methods and just decided to rebuild from scratch from a USB. Oh dear!

Here's my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 3600
GPU: Radeon 5700XT
RAM: 16gb 2400
PSU: Corsair cx550
MOBO: Asus PRIME B350

After wiping the drive clean, I cannot complete a windows installation without crashing. I've had some of the below BSOD codes:
irql_not_less_or_equal
attempted execute of noexecute memory
dpc watchdog violation

I've ran Memtest (which came back clear), tried installing windows on 2 different drives(one ssd and one hdd), updated the bios and cleared cmos. I've tried installing whilst being disconnected from the internet and even reverted back to my old GPU, however I always BSOD on the setup screen. I'm pretty confident that I've been able to rule out: RAM, BIOS, Drive & GPU.

Could it be that my Motherboard is dead? I'm truly lost, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
