Unable to join game servers. (Battlefield 1)

So from what I've tried, this seems to be either a Firewall problem or my Modem/Router's problem. I've tried to forward my ports and checked on http://www.portchecktool.com/ but it responds with connection timed out. I've added games onto my exceptions list in Windows Firewall turned it on and off, turned off avast antivirus but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated!


I'm also using a TP-Link VR2600 and my ISP is Plusnet. Plusnet said their network doesn't block any ports aswell.

Ok so I managed to figure out the it was indeed both firewall and router. Inside router setting SPI Firewall was ticked. Unticked that and now my ports are forwarded. This was on a TP-link VR26000 modem/router so for anyone who gets similar errors try disabling it. The firewall is found in Network/ Internet tab then pressing modify on your WAN interface.
