"Unable to Join"

I go in a room game starts i get "unable to join" i have
done just about all i could. I opend ports and yes i have
a router i changed dmz on it but nothing i turned all my
firewalls off. i had over 4 member + help me i
reinstalled the patch and ran virus scans and nothing if
i host a game and start ill get in the room but no one
elses game will launch. I have restored my computer for
up to a week before but nothing and i have no clue what
to do. If any one could help me i would be very happy

Hi Jon,

Before restoring your computer again and changing other
settings try connecting to the game without using the router.
If it works, call their tech support so they can assist you.
