Unable to load and no display

he guys i need your help...im having problem with my pc.im using this cpu almost one year this is my first problem i've been encountered..when i switch on my computr there is no sign of beep and no display i am not sure if my motherboard is bad or my processor.thank you

Is there any noise from fans or hard drives?

BTW, the CPU is the processor, CPU is a component rather than a different term for computer.
