Unable to load most pages on chrome and ie

Alrighty, well problem is i can't load web pages on chrome or internet explorer. If they do load it's just text no layouts or anything. I've reset my router, flushed my dns, cleared my caches and cookies, re installed both of them. Updated all my drivers. Made sure they all work. Scanned my computer twice with vipre antivirus for anything and found nothing. The wifi and ethernet both work and are connected to the internet. I am using an msi dominator GT70. GPU: GeForce GTX 870M CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4800MQ CPU @ 2.70GHz Memory: 16 GB RAM Operating system: Microsoft Windows 8.1. Also cleared browsing data twice on ie and chrome and restarted my comp after.

Did you try safe mode on your system to see if you get different results. if it works in safe mode, try disabling all your start up programs using Msconfig.

if it continues to not work in safe mode I would say see if there are any malware on the system, you can try Malwarebytes.

That is one thing i haven't tried i might just factory reset my laptop lol but i'll try that first =)

Alright i gave up and factory reset so um yeah still not fixed even with that

Basically the only thing it can be is my router/internet so i guess my best bet is just to get my service provider so go over all of it

You can try changing the the DNS, to googles dns, primary dns 8.8.8.8 alt dns 8.8.4.4

this is interesting, disable all firewalls, security programs and antivirus. and see if you get different results.

I have the same problem with Chrome, but Firefox works fine.
