Hi
I read ur answers for “unable to login bcz of services disabled by accident “ I did the same mistake . I dnt have another system to repair mine , is there any way that I can solve this without another lap

Did you disable too much in Msconfig?

turn pc on, when windows starts to load, restart it. After doing this 3 times, the pc should run automatic repair. Once its finished, choose advanced
from here, choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type msconfig, prtess enter and see if it opens up.
if it does, try to set PC to normal startup and apply... reestarting PC should load it normal now

alternate is try running system restore. Start PC as above and go to advanced/troubleshoot/advanced and choose System restore. Pick the most recent date and PC will roll settings back to that date, hopefully fixing this.
