Unable to login to wifi

I cannot connect to my WiFi. I have a Arris "router-modem".(SBG6900-AC) I am using the default username and password.(admin, password) I tried resetting it, disconnecting the power, and using a different browser. I originally tried logging on via my PC but that didn't work. I even tried using my phone.
The IP address I used was 192.168.0.1
 
Solution
And did the lights do what I asked? If so, attach a computer with a cable and try the default settings to login.

If not, either return if still under warranty or do a hard reset like THIS.
