Title says all everytime I format it as NTFS it says sucessfully formated but when I eject it safely and plug it back it shows as a RAW file system. It's Samsung USB 3.0.
I'm scared of rufus tbh I lost another 8gb usb because of this, that's why I bought this. Ok let me try.
Edit: it doesn't let me choose FAT32 btw. Any suggestions?

It's 8 gb and is working normal in FAT32 file system everything is working fine. And it wasn't that cheap.on the fat32 format. did you try putting stuff in?

Yes it does.if you format it back to fat32 again, does it still work?
I meant it was like 1 or two dollars, it wasn't cheap compared to normal price. What do you mean it wasn't cheap? A 8GB USB key nowadays is like 5 dollars.

Ok I didn't explain well 1 or 2 I meant it wasn't that price.Normal price isn't under a dollar. That was pretty cheap for a 8GB USB Key and it might be a very fake one at that.

It may be fake, it may be faulty. From unofficial source (I don't speak english very well so don't judge)
Yes I tried and won't say it's fake because I placed whole 4gb of files in that usb and it didn't say there is not enough space, as alternative method I used EaseUS partition master no luck.It may be fake, it may be faulty.
Have you tried methods other than simple "formatting"?
Commandline diskpart and the clean command, perhaps.
I want to make bootable usb.Why do you insist on using NTFS over FAT 32?
