Hello, my gf computer has a bunch of Errors such as "Application 'X' was unable to start correctly (0xc00XXX)" Thefore I need to run SFC /scannow .
However when I try to open cmd (Admin or not) it gets that same error. I tried to also open safe mode...turns out I must go to system recovery which doesnt have command prompt (Samsung Recovery System 4 (or something along those lines).
I also tried installing Windows 7 allover again, doesnt fix anything. Tried to data restore to factory...Doesn't even run. So what do I do?
