Unable to post no new components

My system has stayed the same for over 2 years and all of a sudden while I was browsing the Web it just turned off. When I tried to turn it back on it went through its post from ram->gpu->boot device-> cpu
Then it just turned off again. I figured it was the powersupply so I bought a evga 700w 80+bronze to upgrade. And it does the same thing.

I haven't moved the pc or bumped and I cleared the cmos and I got into the amd post screen just milliseconds before it turned off again

Any ideas?

Might be the board , and the new PSU isn't very god in terms of quality , just keep that in mind.
