Question Unable to POST with MSI b450M PRO-VDH motherboard with amd ryzen 2600.

I assembed high end machine with MSI b450M PRO-VDH motherboard and AMD ryzen 2600, but ended up with no POST. All fans are working fine. I doubt no boot issue is related to bios not upgraded. Can anyone please confirm?

Full system spec:

Mobo: MSI b450M PRO-VDH ( it already has AMD RYZEN DESKTOP 2000 READY sticker)
Processor: AMD RYZEN 2600 2nd gen processor.
PSU - Corsair VS 650 Watt
Ram - Corsair DDR4 16GB, 3000 MHz
GPU - Zotac GeForce RTX 2070
HDD- WD (2TB) external

Since Mobo already has AMD 2K sticker so i think it should not be old bios issue.

Bios update shouldnt be the issue. Any error beeps on boot? If you have a speaker installed on the front panel connection. Most likely it's a missed connection or poor connection somewhere on the MB. Double check the 4-pin CPU power connection.

I didnt got any beeps even after removing RAM from MB. Although i didnt connected small speaker. I checked connection and it seems perfectly fine. Is it something related to graphic card not connected ?

Very well could be. It must have power from the PSU...it will take a 6+2 pin connection
