Unable to print copy from Canon IR2010

Despite i get this symbol that IR2010PCL is connected to PC , everytime i print (I only see message that says Printing) but i never get a copy. it just stays there. Please help.

have you tried to uninstall the software/driver and reinstall the drivers?
