Unable to reach 3200mhz with ryzen

Hi guys, I just finished building my pc and updated To the latest bios on my b350 tomahawk but my ram is still running at 2133mhz even though it's a set of 3200mhz sticks (https://www.amazon.fr/gp/aw/d/B015FY3BJ2/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?__mk_fr_FR=ÅMÅZÕÑ&qid=1501328069&sr=8-5&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=16go+ddr4+3200&dpPl=1&dpID=41JlWMj3fhL&ref=plSrch).
I didnt mess around with it much, i just set the ram speed to 3200mhz but on the main bios page it still says i'm running at 2133mhz :/

You gotta change the RAM profile in the BIOS. What's your mobo?

My mobo is the msi b350 tomahawk. Ram profile a-XMP right ? Sorry I'm new to this.

Yes, the XMP Profile. Most RAM will run at 2133MHz, but using the correct (OC speed) you will get the right speed. Switch the XMP profile to your speed/timing, and it should work.
