Hello, and thank you for your answers in advance.Any idea why am I Unable to record at 60 fps with Fraps even though I have the hardware for it.I can run high-end games on ultra at 60 fps without problem but when I decide to fraps them, the fps instantly drops to about 30.Even non-heavy games like League Of Legends which I can run at 200-300-400 fps can't be constantly recorded at 60 fps.At more intense moments the fps drops to 50-40-30 which is super annoying. My pc specs are Intel i7-4771, 8 GB Ram and Nvidia geforce GTX 780.Could the problem lie in the hard disk?Would this be fixed If I set the recordings output folder on a SSD.I've used some programs like dxtory and OBS and I can record at high framerates but the recordings have different quality and file size compared to fraps so my guess would be that my hard drive's speed can't withstand the writing speed of fraps.
