Question Unable to remove Heat Sink Inspiron 5547

I am trying to replace the palmrest of my inspiron 5547, while disassembling i got struck removing heatsink as i was not able to remove it. I tried philips #0 and i seem to have worn it out. Can you please suggest precision tool i can use to remove the same. They seem to M2 x 3 mm screws from my search on google.
