I use an Arris Surfboard 7600 AC2 to scan and print across my home wireless network to my EPSON Workforce 845 multifunction device.
I moved another state to and am now unable to preview any text document in less than 4 minutes and am unable to scan any text document in less than 12 minutes for a single page on the EPSON 845 4 IN 1. The EPSON Scan software previews and scans any text document, when connected directly via a USB cable, within seconds. Printing across my network is immediate and responsive.
Ive consulted with both EPSON and ARRIS tech support Level 3 and neither company can determine the reason for the preview and scanning delay over my wireless 2.4Ghz network.
Can anyone refer me to a network expert / solution source that can troubleshoot and resolve my scanning problem?
